Tektos (マクロッシ, Makurosshi) is a stone giant who roams the Earth Planet of Erd, and is the last of his kind. A layer of land on his back is the aptly-named village of Uponisbak where the pyrites live. Tektos's insides make up the Path of Five Organs, connecting Uponiskbak to his skull where the Earth Millennium Gummy resides. He is also very close friends with a brownie named Shallot.

Tektos is colossal in size, even taller than the rocky slopes of northern Erd. His stone body possesses some human-like features, but most of his insides are completely hollow, including his head. Uponisbak rests over his shoulders, causing him to have a hunched back.

Tektos is the sole survivor among nine stone giants who roamed Erd, most of whom were killed in a devastating war against the Espresso civilization over 12000 years ago. He works alongside Shallot to protect the Earth Millennium Gummy located within his skull.
On their quest to find the five Millennium Gummies, the students of Will-o'-Wisp travel across the eastern regions of Erd to escape numerous Space Police officers commanded by Magnus Muzzleflash. The chase ends at Plateau of the Giant where a small hangar is located, and the party is nearly struck by Muzzleflash's storm of bombs. Fortunately, the whole fleet retreats when their egotistical commander runs out of ammo.
With little time left to spare, the group struggles to think of an escape plan. They all turn to Mokka, whose engines begin to quake as he uncontrollably announces orders to attack a stone giant in the distance. He goes to touch the hanger's door, but Pico barges in and pushes the robot over. Mokka, now in control of himself, walks up to the door again and opens it effortlessly.
As the party sets foot inside the hangar, they discover a strange machine propped up on a launch pad. An alarm blares throughout the interior and declares that the "spinning flight machine" is ready for takeoff. Sorbet questions the contraption's flight capabilities, as it is merely a pod attached to a drill-shaped propeller. With a solution in mind, Lassi steps on the launchpad and summons her Wind Wild Magic, causing the propeller to move incredibly fast. The students hurry and board the machine while the hangar's roof opens, letting Lassi's turbulent winds guide them towards the mobile village. They abruptly crash land in Uponisbak, though no one is seriously injured.
Just as the kids are about to enter the tunnel beneath the village, a trio of officers fly in, but Muzzleflash's bombs carelessly rain down and leave them incapacitated. The students flee through the Path of Five Organs within Tektos' upper body, eventually coming across a rope leading to his skull. There, they meet Shallot and the disembodied voice of Tektos. Shallot is caught up on the kids' situation and how they must access Nova, to which the elderly brownie responds by summarizing the etherealization process. He then alerts them about Muzzleflash's impending arrival, suggesting no one uses magic until the threat is gone. Tektos, however, encourages the students to use magic and defeat the evil-hearted foes.
Mokka unleashes his own Wild Magic, causing the titan's head to tremble and catching the Space Police's attention. Magnus Muzzleflash descends on Tektos's cheekbone, then a fight ensues between him and the six students. The four-armed soldier is unable to stand against their magic, but he does not give up yet. A couple of troops rush in, reporting to Muzzleflash that the Earth Millennium Gummy is in the Kahve Ruins after their forensics team detected strong gummy energy. The update convinces Muzzleflash that Tektos is no longer of use to him, so he flies up and prepares to ram straight through the giant's earthen body.
Shallot reminds his friend of the soldier's armor, which was expertly crafted by Craaken and the dwarves of Razen. Tektos ignores the brownie's cries, saying he will be able to penetrate it with the planet's power, as well as a fraction of Mokka's Wild Magic. The titan fixes his stone-cold gaze on Muzzleflash and launches a searing hot beam into the stratosphere, narrowly missing the Kahve Ruins. The selfish Space Police warrior is instantly vaporized.
This over-usage of power causes Tektos body to crumble and sink into Erd's sands. In his final moments, he orders Shallot to give the students his soul; the Earth Millennium Gummy.
Name origin[]
Tektos's name likely comes from "plate tectonics".
His Japanese name, Makurosshi (マクロッシ), comes from "shirokuma" (白熊), which means "polar bear".
