Brownie Brown is a Japanese video game developer opened on June 30, 2000. Most of the workers are ex-SquareSoft developers who worked on the ground-breaking Mana series a.k.a. Final Fantasy Adventure. The founders left Square due to "differing ideals."

December 2001 saw their release of Magical Vacation in Japan, and its sequel, Magical Starsign, was originally released in 2006.
